Gains Room Central was founded by Mujjy Ahmed. Mujjy has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry and having competed to a good level in his mixed martial arts journey, where he won an Amateur British Title, he decided it was time for him to share his knowledge and expertise that he’s gained over the years to help others achieve their fitness goals.
At Gains Room, our programs are designed to help people of all levels! Whether you’re new to the gym or someone that’s competing competitively in a sport, we’re here to work with you and help reach your goal!
